Client Success Manager (m/w/x)

Job description

What you will do:

  • Join a cross-functional, agile team of professionals with outstanding records.
  • Own the project controlling (deadlines, deliverables, budget controlling and making sure the time booking is accurate) and act upon it accordingly.
  • Work closely with Sales writing proposals and assist in post sales.
  • Act as interface between Sales, Business Consultants and Finance.
  • Make sure all client meetings and calls are documented and action points are taken care of by the relevant people.
  • Create impactful consulting stories for our clients in Powerpoint and interactive workshops.
  • Actively manage all stakeholders involved in your projects.
  • Support us fostering our critical feedback culture. Help us improve by challenging existing approaches.

Requirements

What you should bring:

  • Over three years of relevant experience in a Sales or Executive Assistant position with exposure to B2B support.

  • Drive, intrinsic motivation and “can do” attitude.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to focus on solutions when facing problems.

  • A record of organizational skills and stakeholder management.

  • Experience with (agile) project management is a plus.

  • A university degree with good academic record is a plus.

  • Experience with project controlling is a plus.

  • Fluency in English and German (C1 or higher) is required.
